I need to start a diet and don’t know which way to go. Adkins has been successful in the past, but I love skim milk and fruit and I believe that you can have those on the South Beach diet. Can anyone give me information on this subject?

My fiance and I are planning to have a simple beach wedding. We love dogs and want our dog to be the ring bearer. I’m just looking for ways she can carry the rings without using a pillow. I love it when celebrity’s have the subtle waves in their hair. And my friends ’scrunch’ their hair with moose and it always looks very good. But I can never get the beach waves. I’d love to get married on the beach in Maine or New Hampshire, with a reception location on site or nearby, and still have an inclement weather backup plan nearby, and not spend a ton of money.
