What is a good exercise program to do before beach body insanity ?

I just tried beach body insanity and I’m 200+ pounds and within 5 minutes I had to stop because my heart was beating fast. Is there any other programs to try or do before I do beach body insanity ?

The wedding will be in august, and my fiance has his heart set on getting married in South Carolina on the beach. Just wondering if anyone knows of any beautiful, affordable locations or any other suggestions.
