What is the Recipe for the House Salad at the Carolina Roadhouse in Myrtle Beach?

The Carolina Roadhouse has won the best salad award for its house salad in Myrtle Beach. Every time I go down there I go and order one at the Resturaunt. Can someone let me know the exact way to make up the salad. It is excellent.
I live in Ann Arbor MI. I tried to email them and they never emailed me back.
I tried going on line to see how to make it but it did not tell me how.

What are the monthly surf conditions for Wrightsville Beach?

I surf at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach as often as I can, but lately the surf has been terrible. I was wondering if anyone knows of a website with a chart showing the monthly wave heights for either beach. I just want an idea of when the surf conditions will get better.

The wedding will be in august, and my fiance has his heart set on getting married in South Carolina on the beach. Just wondering if anyone knows of any beautiful, affordable locations or any other suggestions.
