What streets are the bonfire pits located on at Bolsa Chica Beach, Southern California?

I am planning on having a bonfire for my birthday coming next month & i need a certain street to tell everyone where to meet. Any streets that have pits near preferably Bolsa Chica beach or Huntington Beach would be absolutely great !

My fiance and I are planning to have our wedding reception on the beach (really informal, maybe bonfire and pot roast) and were wondering who we need to talk to about permits (if we need permits) and renting space on the beach. Any suggestions?
