Ok so i have a lot of fish tanks, and i went to the beach today and got 3 pieces of driftwood. Not a lot to take, but also wont fill up a lot of space in my tanks. Is it legal to take driftwood from the beach in california?
I have been looking through califonia law and the california coastal comission website for like an hour and a half and cant find anything saying it is illegal or legal. I am not about to look through every countys laws!

I am redecorating my 55 gallon freshwater aquarium. It is going to be a beach theme. It will have a section of blue gravel for the ocean and then a sand gravel mix for the sand. Of course it will have palm trees and other cool beach stuff as decor. What kind of fish should I stock the aquarium with? Any ideas?

We live in Southern Mississippi and would love to find some hermit crabs in the wild. I’ve heard orange beach in Alabama has them but where else. Also what months are the best months to find them?
