Where is the best beach on the Florida Gulf in late March?

My boyfriend and I are heading for an impromtu spring break trip, and we are planning on sleeping in our jeep and packing food because we don’t have a lot of money. We want to at least be at a decent, clean, pretty, and most importantly warm beach, that isn’t partied out or over crowded with college students. Thanks
