What is the best beach on the San Juan Islands to take my family for a day trip?
I am looking for a beach where the kids can play in the water and the sand. Then, when we are done playing, we can easily find a restaurant in driving distance. I am unfamiliar with the islands, so please specify which island the beach is on. I am looking to take a ferry in the morning and return late afternoon.
