What should I stock in my 55 gallon beach themed aquarium?
I am redecorating my 55 gallon freshwater aquarium. It is going to be a beach theme. It will have a section of blue gravel for the ocean and then a sand gravel mix for the sand. Of course it will have palm trees and other cool beach stuff as decor. What kind of fish should I stock the aquarium with? Any ideas?

i would go with some real colorful cichlids and some neon tetras….

royal red/red marlboro/yellow marlboro discus. their colors just seem to fit a beach theme.
you could also do tiger/green tiger/albino tiger barbs, they are very active and playful.
or, these lake malawi cichlids, because lake malawi fish are awesome. they have neat colors, too-mostly shades of blue and yellow. good for a beach.
most cichlids would eat tetras

Well if it was me i would stock it with coloured dwarf cichlids. ie: Dutch ram’s (blue rams) bolivians……
