What kind of training can I expect to do to become a public beach lifeguard?
The beach is in the gulf of mexico and hardly ever high surf. I would like an opinion maybe from a current beach lifeguard or beach patrol. Im 26, male, very strong swimmer, in great shape but just need to know what to do to be ahead of the game when trying out.
The beach patrol of that city provides free training and certification. I need advice from a lifeguard as to what kind of training I should do to get into the shape needed to get ahead of the game so i can easily pass tryouts
