What is a good family beach in South Florida?
We are visiting Florida CIty for 5 days in January. I’ve heard Ft. Lauderdale is a good family beach. We are visiting the Everglades and the Keys also. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Yes Fort Lauderdale and another option is Crandon Park beach in Miami.

Hi! I live in Jupiter on the inter coastal. The beach is about 1 minute away and it’s beautiful! It’s not a huge city. It’s a laid back beach kinda town. The beach is rarely crowded, unless you go during summer.

Hi, I’m not sure how far down the Keys you’re planning on going, but my all time favorite Florida beach is Bahia Honda, just past Marathon. Has an almost Caribbean feel to it. See link below for some pics. Have a happy vacation!

The best beaches are on the west coast. Look in the Clearwater area, if Clearwater is too crowded look the the towns just south. Can’t beat them!
