Im going to college to be a pediatrician and one day I want to have a beach house in Florida. I was just curiouse about how much do nice beach houses run for?

Hey David. I live in Palm Beach, FL and can tell you that homes (especially condos) on the ocean and intracoastal are cheaper than they’ve been in 5-7 years.
Don’t get me wrong they’re still expensive. A nice 2/2 condo on the ocean will probably get about $300,000. HOA dues are usually a fortune – around $1000 per month.
SFR’s are much more expensive on the ocean. Usually in the millions.
